These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of thefrightlounge.com (the “Site”) and to purchases you make from The Fright Lounge (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you are offering to buy the items in your cart. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation and your payment is processed. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, we suspect fraud, or we cannot ship to your address. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, shipping costs and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. We may change prices at any time, but a change does not affect an order you have already placed.
Made to order, shipping and delivery
Our merchandise is printed on demand and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Production and delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Currently we ship within the United States. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you gave us. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

Our content and intellectual property
The designs, artwork, logos, videos, text and other content on the Site and on our merchandise belong to The Fright Lounge or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, print, sell or distribute them without our written permission, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use of the merchandise you buy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: for example, by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using it for unlawful purposes, or submitting false information. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe these terms have been broken.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to and embeds content from third parties, such as YouTube and social media. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available, secure or error-free. Color and appearance of products may vary slightly from images on screens because of display settings and the printing process.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Fright Lounge is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
