Everything in our store is printed on demand. We make your item after you order it, so we want to be clear about how returns, replacements and refunds work. Questions about any order can go to rich@thefrightlounge.com.
Made to order
Because each item is custom-printed for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, ordering the wrong color, or changing your mind. Please check the size information on the product page before you order.
If something is wrong with your order
We will replace or refund your item, at your choice, if it arrives:
- damaged or defective,
- misprinted (the print is faulty or does not match the product page), or
- different from what you ordered (wrong item, size or design).
To make a claim, email rich@thefrightlounge.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- your order number,
- a short description of the problem, and
- clear photos of the item and, if it is damaged, the packaging.
You will not need to send the item back. Once we confirm the problem, we will send a replacement or refund the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Lost or delayed packages
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. If your tracking has not updated for 14 days, or your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us and we will look into it with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost, we will replace it or refund you.
Cancellations and address changes
Items go into production quickly. If you need to cancel an order or change a shipping address, email us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of ordering. Once production has started we cannot cancel or change the order.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can send it again once the shipping cost is paid.
